BESPOKE WELLBEING WORKSHOPS

Wellbeing Workshops

Although the evidenced based infographic wheel guides my practice in delivering Wellbeing Workshops, a bespoke workshop is designed for each  individual population group that I work with based on consultation with the organisation in order that specific context and needs can be taken into consideration.
