She has achieved full accreditation in Coaching at both the European (EMCC) and International (ICF) levels, with a special focus on Mental Health and Wellbeing. Building on this foundation, she further expanded her expertise by training as a Psychotherapist, earning full accreditation with the Irish Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (IACP).
